Monday Motivation!

Life is dynamic. Dynamic in the sense that it is
ever changing. Even the weather around us changes. It could be sunny today and
foggy the next. Such it is with life and sometimes, the weather of our life could
change without any form of warning or pre-knowledge. We could be having a
mountaintop experience at this moment and the next, a valley moment erupts. But,
we can't live and sulk in the valley just because we found ourselves there. We
cannot settle to live the rest of our lives in the valley.
Truth is, there are times when we just don't have
the motivation or the drive to move out of the valley place. There are times
when we can't find the strength to lift ourselves. There are times when we need
someone else to pull us up but it seems like everyone else around you is down
too. So, what do you do in such a situation?
It is often said that one cannot anoint another
with perfume and not get some on his hands. So it is with motivation, there's
actually no way you'll honestly motivate someone and not feel motivated yourself.
I challenge you today, when you seek motivation, don't just sit around waiting
for someone to encourage you, go find someone to motivate and you'll find out
that your spirit is strengthened and that you have the courage to do that which
you need to.
