Candy crush, really?
Well, yeah. When you play so many crush games during your free time, you eventually begin to find life lessons within them.

I like candy crush a lot and there the surge of energy that courses through my being when I create some very huge combos. It can also get really frustrating when you are stuck on one level for too long. Can anyone relate?

The truth is that you get stuck on a level because you haven't completed the mission, assignment, task. No matter how many combos you create, if the mission isn't to create combos, it's a whole waste of time.

Pretty much sometimes we feel stuck on a level, we desire promotion, we desire to be elevated but the truth is that until you achieve the set goal for that level, there's no promotion for you.
So, instead of sulking, feeling bad and depressed about your being stuck in a level, find out the goal for that level of your life and work towards achieving it.

In the same way, the joy of being promoted can cause you to just begin working without really knowing the purpose of that level. Take some time out and  study why exactly you have been brought to the level that you are in.

The thing about each stage is that there is a possibility of crossing over with just one star and you could also get two or three stars.
What is your goal, to finish up with one star? You can either be just good or excellently good. Your choice!


Life is in stages. There is promotion awaiting you but to achieve it, you need to complete each level. Be sure to make sure that you are living in line with the purpose for your level.

Heartbeats skipping is the new norm.
Here I stand face to face with reality.
The smoke screen of my illusions all gone.
The scales that once covered my eyes lay there on the floor to my left.
Every 'right' turn eventually led south and my Wernicke's lesioned.
For though my words line up as a legion, they make no sense and I know not.

 Well, that's the most I have been able to go with my 'CV'. I always thought that everything would fall in place as soon as I graduated from the university but errrrm, I never really got to find out.
Let me catch you up a little. I'm very smart or should I rather say intelligent. I got an admission to study Aeronautical engineering when I was 18. Airplanes always fascinated me, I mean everything that wasn't nature but could fly were my points of interest.

I remember always building jets with my plastic building bricks when I was 6. They just made my heart smile. I would spend days drawing the kind of airplanes I wanted to build. I didn't want dolls, all I wanted was my little airplane.

Time passed rather quickly, from kindergarten to primary to secondary and then I was in the university of my choice having the time of my life until life happened to me.

Don't forget '..today belongs to YOU'

Growth is undeniably an important aspect of life. The truth is that once a living thing stops growing, chances are that it begins to die.
Physical growth may seem normal, and like the usual thing to happen but we have come to learn that a couple of things influence physical growth. Because physical growth is one that is very obvious, we tend to pay quite a lot of attention to our bodies and when we discover that we are not growing at the 'normal' rate, we often step in, try to find the cause and provide a solution.

Our minds are a part of us that is quite easy to ignore. Because we live in a society that tends to place a lot of attention on how you look on the outside rather than what is one your inside, we often take more time in caring for our bodies than in developing our minds.

I like to think of the mind like the computer, it can be programmed, deprogrammed, and it eventually gives out what you have put into it.
To see the reflection of your physical body, you look into a mirror. To the reflection of your mind, you listen to your SPEECH; not just what you say but how you say it. The words you speak and the way you relate them to people is a reflection of what you have been feeding your mind and how you have programmed it to respond.



As much as the mind is grown and developed VERY consciously, there are a number of SUBconscious factors that influence the mind.

Merry CHRISTMAS!!!

He said "..looking at you I could see Janette Ikz"
To start with,if you don't know who Janette Ikz is, pause, go search for her on Google but make sure you come back to finish reading this.
Anyways, Janette is my number one spoken word poet. She inspires me a whole lot. Back to the original story, receiving that compliment was really a big deal for me. I caught myself smiling and in the next couple of seconds I would discover that my heartbeat was gradually returning to normal because it had earlier sped up.

Meditating on this incident a while later, it occurred to me that being 'like' Janette means a lot to me.The truth is that because I binge watch her poems, subconsciously I pick up some of her attitude, style and even her lines.

Would someone see you walk, hear you speak and think, "WOW! You sound just like JESUS"
We have role models but our ultimate goal should be to reflect Christ in every way. Until others can see the Jesus that we carry on our inside from the outside, then we are not really living out the Christian life.
The Early Apostles were called Christians because the people saw that they behaved like Jesus.

They could only reflect Jesus because they had spent TIME with Him. There is no reflecting Christ if there's no dwelling in His presence.
